They carry out a total network catch-up every year. They check if the hardware they use is still available, whether they need to consider changing to new hardware, and so on. Networking patches, Windows patches, that’s plant care – It’s about assessing and maintaining the health of your overall plant. Customers will get a report, and recommendations explaining what they have to do, and what has already been done, in order for them to achieve their desired uptime rate. Nowadays, systems have to be upgraded every five years, the product lifecycle is much shorter. It’s better to work with a professional who has the expertise to maintain your plant.
