Senior .NET Developer

Are you an experienced .NET developer who enjoys designing and building software? At CoNet, you will have the opportunity to optimize complex production processes with smart, customized software, often in combination with Siemens systems. You will also play an important role as a coach and source of inspiration within our development team.

What we require

  • At least 5 years of experience with .NET development.
  • Experience with designing software architectures, both on-premise and in the cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and GIT.
  • Familiar with SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectures such as Clean Architecture, MVC, and MVVM.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with industrial automation is an advantage.

Your role

As a Senior .NET Developer / Architect at CoNet, you will work on innovative solutions for customers in the manufacturing industry. This includes software that makes production processes more transparent, efficient, and easier to manage. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Architecture design: Together with the Business Analyst, you will translate customer requirements into robust software architectures, both in the cloud (Azure) and on-premise.
  • Software development: You will help build various solutions, such as LIMS and MES systems or data analysis tools, often integrated with Siemens technology.
  • Coaching and knowledge sharing: You will guide and inspire your team members, share best practices, and help them grow in their role as developers.
  • Customer contact: You will liaise directly with customers to understand and solve their specific challenges and requirements.
  • Quality assurance: You will apply DevOps principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), static code analysis, and peer reviews to ensure the quality of our software.
  • You will work within a team where we develop both standard products and fully customized software.

At CoNet, you will work with an advanced technology stack that is constantly being updated. Our core technologies include:

  • Microsoft stack: .NET (Core), C#, MVC, Web APIs, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Siemens integrations: Links to industrial automation systems such as Siemens PLCs and SCADA solutions.
  • DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GIT version control, and release management.
  • Other tools and frameworks: Docker, Python, Java, and open-source technologies when they add value.
