CoNet is proud to share a major milestone in our longโstanding partnership with Unilever Port Sunlight โ Factory No. 4.
Weโve successfully completed the customer FAT for the first phase of Project Fabric Clean โ a crucial step in one of the siteโs most ambitious automation upgrades to date.
Our collaboration with Factory No. 4 began in 2024 with the DeltaV Migration Step 1 project, marking the start of the siteโs transition to PCS 7. After delivering that first phase successfully, we moved into Project Correlate in 2025, now in commissioning, which brings two new process streams and a water process into PCS 7.
Since midโ2025, our team has been fully engaged in Project Fabric Clean โ a multiโphase effort that will ultimately add four additional process streams to the factory. Given the scale and complexity, the project was divided into four phases, and weโre thrilled to have now completed the cFAT for Phase 1. This achievement represents more than six months of dedicated engineering, close collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.
